To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • The original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • The product must not have any signs of wear, damage, stains, or alteration.
  • Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

No Returns or Refunds

Shoe Emporium does not offer returns or refunds. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund.

However, eligible products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned above.

Exchange for Size

If you have received the wrong size and would like to exchange it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Wrong or Defective Product

If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product. After verification, we will arrange an exchange where applicable.

Non-Eligible Items

An exchange will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been worn or used.
  • The product has been damaged after delivery.
  • The original packaging or tags are missing.
  • The exchange request is made after 7 days.
  • The product shows signs of washing, cleaning, alteration, or improper handling.
